Large-scale turnkey renovation project encompassing every stage — from reimagining the existing architecture and developing a new design concept to construction, interior finishes, specification and landscaping.
One of the project’s key objectives was to significantly increase the size and functionality of the property. An additional attic level was built, while the basement was completely reconstructed and reconfigured. These architectural interventions increased the villa’s total floor area by 100 sq. m — from 300 to 400 sq. m.
The architectural design was developed in collaboration with a Spanish architect. Our studio contributed to the new space planning and the transformation of the villa’s exterior. The aim was not simply to extend the existing building, but to create a contemporary and functional home in which the architecture, interiors and surrounding landscape form one coherent composition.
Construction was carried out by our partner contractor, covering every stage from demolition and structural reinforcement to building services and final interior finishes. Bringing design, construction and specification together within one coordinated process ensured effective collaboration between all specialists, consistent quality control and adherence to the agreed schedule, while preserving the integrity of the original concept throughout the project.
