The comprehensive turnkey new build project — from the initial concept and architectural development to construction, interior finishes, specification and landscaping.
The architectural design was developed in collaboration with a Spanish architect. Our studio contributed to the space planning and exterior design, ensuring that the villa’s architecture, interiors and surrounding landscape formed one coherent concept. To refine the building’s appearance, we produced exterior visualisations, developed the landscape design concept and participated in the selection of facade and exterior finishing materials.
Construction was carried out by our partner contractor, covering every stage from the structural shell and building services to the final interior finishes. This integrated approach brought design, construction and specification together within one coordinated process, ensuring consistency across all stages, quality control and adherence to the agreed construction schedule while preserving the original design concept throughout the project.
