A turnkey house built from scratch:
from architectural concept and space planning to interiors, furnishing, and landscaping. We brought architecture, interiors, and the surrounding landscape together into one harmonious whole.
The architectural part was carried out in collaboration with a Spanish architect; our studio participated in creating the layout structure of the house and shaping its exterior appearance.
We prepared exterior visualizations, developed the landscape concept, and participated in the selection of facade solutions and terrace materials. We also handled the furnishing of the property: finishing materials, plumbing fixtures, lighting, furniture, and other interior elements.
For the interior, a complete design project was created with working drawings and detailed development of all rooms. The layouts are based on the owners' lifestyle, balanced with technical requirements: lighting, zoning, and the connection of interior spaces with the terraces and garden have been carefully considered.
The well-structured process allowed us to preserve the integrity of the concept and the consistency of decisions at every stage — from the first idea to the final furnishing.
